I had a very good visit at this lee health- Lee physician group office. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I was checked in quickly. Especially Elsie Cajoux, APRN listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable during the appointment. I appreciate the excellent care and would recommend this office to others.

Clayton Deese, Director of Infectious Disease, is extremely unprofessional. From my understanding he is not a Medical Doctor but, proceeded to be the only person to respond to my patient/doctor questions. The questions were not originally addressed to Mr. Deese but to a previous MD I had MyChart portal communication with. Then I am assigned to two other doctors in the Infectious Disease Specialists department just for one of them to give some lengthy interpretation of my health without knowing my entire medical record available through care everywhere. They decided to include medical information in their interpretation from my records with Moffit Cancer Center @ USF campus, Tampa, FL. That is in NO relation to why I was referred to ID Specialists, two totally, separate medical issues. The doctor I was assigned to, but never meet in a clinical setting, thought my Moffitt medical concerns were significant enough to relate to my concerns with a parasite infection. A GCT I was diagnosed with in 2020, in Michigan, is of no relevance to having a parasite infection after moving to Florida. Moffit Cancer Center sees no relevance per my medical records, either. Been waiting a week to get a doctor's note signed before I can return to work with no response. So I've been out of a weeks worth of pay because the doc won't sign my note or give me any form of response/reply . Absolutely ridiculous

Hi, OK I’m not big on writing reviews, I’m probably not even gonna be good at it, but I’m just gonna tell you what I feel. after reading the other reviews I actually had to go on Google search to see if we were all talking about the same place !!! My experience was wonderful. I’m not big on going to the doctors, in fact I avoided it till it was unavoidable. I met with Dr. Shawn Steiner Who I absolutely adore. She was so kind and caring, she made me laugh which calmed me. like I said I’m not big I’m going to the doctors or the dentist but this was unavoidable. She listen to everything and placed everything in order that I needed to get done, which was quite a bit. The first appointment I had I missed by accident, but they were so kind. they got me in the following week, thank you Gena. :) I must tell you, everybody was kind in there, I mean absolutely everybody!! They got me in within 10 minutes. Everything ran very smooth in this office. The office is very clean. Its a pretty long drive, about 35 minute, but I would do it again knowing what I know now. trust me when I say you are in good hands with these people, I’m not sure what these other reviews are talking about. My doctor is terrific however the office staff, especially Precious the MA is an absolute liability to the office. As i was in a waiting room i overheard the two medical assistants making fun of paients private messages through my chart. After years of seeing my doctor i am forced to seek treatment elsewhere.
